The first step toward achieving a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. When the below form is filled out, our scheduling coordinator will contact you to schedule a complimentary 30 minute initial examination appointment. At this appointment, Dr. Nikolovski and the Durham Orthodontics team will take photos, x-rays, develop a treatment plan and create a new patient package you can take home with you giving you the time you need to make a decision. Re-consultations are always encouraged in case you need more information or have more questions about your care.
